Novo Nordisk’s mission to improve the quality of life for people with diabetes faced new challenges after a decade of growth, with increased competition and internal silos. The "Life-changing careers" message had lost its meaning, especially as the company made its first-ever redundancies. To reignite the message, we reimagined it with an unpredictable, unbroken line, symbolizing the non-linear nature of both life and career journeys. Over several years, I helped bring this new approach to life through various assets, including a storybook and a visually engaging research report, both reflecting the brand’s identity and commitment to innovation.
