Employer Brand Campaign for Lidl Celebrating Individuality and Inclusivity. The goal of this two-year, two-phase Employer Brand campaign was to highlight Lidl’s commitment to individuality and inclusivity within its team, ultimately driving a higher volume of recruitment applications. While the creative execution evolved across phases, the core message remained consistent—showcasing the diverse personalities, hobbies, and interests of Lidl's employees, all while reflecting the company's collaborative culture. The campaign included over 40 unique key visuals, two comprehensive 80-page Employer Brand guideline PDFs, and a variety of social and print assets. It also featured two three-day photo shoots and a compelling Employer Brand video that encapsulated the spirit of Lidl's workforce.
